Yomi A. Jones

Chief Investment Officer

Yomi A. Jones is an accomplished and dynamic finance and investments professional with proven productivity improvement, cost cutting, troubleshooting and analytic skills with nearly 20 years of experience in organization implementation, financial reporting, cost accounting, cash flow control, pricing, financial analysis, strategic planning and management.

Mr. Jones has a knowledge base across multiple industries including securities and financial markets, investment banking, information technology, logistics and supply chain management, construction, government contracting with expertise in data analytics, forecasting and budgeting, systems implementation, process improvement, payroll administration, inventory management with a thorough understanding of FAR, DFAR, CAS.

Mr. Jones is a graduate of Howard University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.

Jesse Ndambala

Managing Director, Middle East and Africa

Jesse Ndambala is an experienced finance and management professional with 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, Strategy & Transaction Advisory, Business Management, Government Engagement, Corporate Law, and Corporate Governance. His expertise extends to industries such as banking and finance, international development, agriculture, healthcare, government, and stakeholder engagements (policy facilitation), construction and infrastructure, tourism, and hospitality. Currently, Jesse is a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration at The Universidad Católica De Murcia in Spain. He earned his Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The University of Salford in Manchester, U.K.

Mr. Jesse Ndambala is the East Africa Regional Director of Finance & Administration at Bizzell. Jesse has been an integral component to the Bizzell Global Programs practice, leveraging his background finance & corporate governance to help guide Bizzell as it expands its presence throughout sub-Saharan Africa. “We are elated to have Jesse join the Bizzell team as the inaugural East Africa Regional Director of Finance and Administration. He will be a vital part of the senior leadership, ensuring that our international relations and Bizzell’s operational priorities are implemented and executed,” said Dr. Chad Brown, Chief Administrative Officer at Bizzell.

Lakeena Bruno

Senior Vice President, Finance

Lakeena Bruno is a financial Management professional, with more than 15 years of progressive work experience.  As the Senior Vice President of Finance for Bizzell Global Ventures, Ms. Bruno provides professional services across a broad range of finance areas including cost accounting, internal auditing, financial analysis and compliance.

Prior to joining Bizzell, Lakeena was a Director of Finance. She managed a team of three employees for AP, AR, Billing and Payroll. She was responsible for the delivery of finance services including accounting, treasury, forecasting and budgeting, and corporate cash flow Management with understanding of FAR, DFAR, and CAS.

Lakeena served as ISO Internal auditor to assist with refining and improving corporate processes and procedures to best support business and customer services objectives to maintain ISO 9001 and CMMI certifications. She received her Master Certification in Government Contract Management and Commercial Contract management from Villanova University.

Robert Clark, MSBIA

Director, Finance

Robert Clark, Director of Finance for Bizzell Global Ventures, has extensive experience in detailed financial planning and analysis for small businesses and families. He also has years of consulting experience engaging in the practice of Data Analysis and Strategic Management. Mr. Clark is a Certified Business Analyst in QLIK and holds an SAS certificate in Business Intelligence.

Mr. Clark started his career in the U.S. Navy serving in a high-profile data operations position for the U.S. President and foreign ambassadors. He also served as the interim Accounting Controller for US Air Conditioning and Finance Director in Job Corps. Robert is a Professor at National University’s School of Business Management where he assists in the Business and Finance Department, as well as the Department of Business at Grossmont Community College assisting in Business and Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Clark graduated with a B.S. in Finance from National University. In addition, he earned his M.S. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics from the Erivan K. Haub Business School of Saint Josephs’ University where he was also accepted in the Omega Rho Operations Management International Honor Society for outstanding academic achievement.

Francis Robles, MBA

Director, Contracts

Ms. Robles brings more than 25 years of demonstrated experience in the management consulting industry for large and small companies with oversight of Federal and state contracts department. In her role as Director of Contracts with Bizzell Global Ventures, she is responsible for the management and leadership of a team charged with executing all facets of Federal and state contract administration activities and handles complex or strategic high value contractual matters that have a direct impact on the firm’s revenue generation and retention. In addition, Ms. Robles provides advisory level contracts support to account leadership that shapes and strengthens win strategies on Federal opportunities as well as perform strategic contract negotiations and ensure completion of various contract projects.

Applying her experience in accounting, finance, and contracts management, she oversees the firm’s legal, risk management and governance arena to ensure that Bizzell Global Ventures remains in compliance, mitigate risks, and fiercely protect the firm’s interest.

Ms. Robles received an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland University College.

Joseph Fichera

Director, Information Technology

Joseph Fichera, Bizzell Global’s Director of Information Technology is a leader and innovator in the IT sector with over 25 years of  IT infrastructure experience. Supporting diverse technologies across several industries, he has a consistent track record as a catalyst for continual improvement.

Mr. Fichera was previously Director of Information Technology for a successful consulting firm, where he supervised and mentored an IT team and led short-term and long-term strategy to improve operational success consulting with federal government and commercial clients. Among his many accomplishments, he designed/planned network expansion from single site to multi-site with MPLS utilizing Cisco/HP switches and routers; he was hands-on with 50+ Windows servers (MS SQL, SharePoint , IIS, Exchange etc.); he maintained exiting Cisco ASA Firewall and deployed additional FortiNet and Sophos devices as required, and SQL server Maintenance and Operations including Queries as needed; he automated processes by using PowerShell and other scripting tools; he implemented Shared Storage (DELL, EMC, Cybernetics); and he utilized Active Directory for Account Creation, DNS, DHCP, and others.

Mr. Fichera started his career as an Aerospace Engineering major before settling into Information Technology. With firms like Fairchild Semiconductor, Staples and General Electric, he strove to provide exceptional support and solutions. He has successfully completed projects including improving Photolithography Standard Operating Procedures, deploying and testing retail Point of Sale updates, moving corporate headquarters, and designing A/V solutions and implementing Enterprise Communication Systems.

Mr. Fichera is always searching for ways to leverage new technologies to improve efficiency, user interface, and quality, while ensuring the security and safety of complex information systems. His traits of tenacity, curiosity and leadership have been instrumental to his success. Mr. Fichera currently resides in Arlington, VA with his family. When not working, he spends far too much time reading history books and coaching Youth Sports.
